The horse just announced Nicks has been leased.
The lessee has a very popular restaurant in PC will be serving a similar seafood menu.
The name of this restaurant will be something of the nature like "Johnny Canoes".

Congrats Frank and Bonnie.........glad your enjoying retirement!
