just curious - what's up with the patio furniture for sale outside of nick's on 30A?

It's a third party vendor who leased space in front of the corner of the restaurant. Independent business operating off of their lot.

they're doing themselves a tremendous disservice,
I assumed they were closed first time I saw it
and since learning they aren't, have heard many people ask why they closed down.

It doesn't look good but it is what it is. And I love Nick's at the Beach... It's our go to for seafood and family group dining.
