The commissioners voted 4-0 ( Cecilia Jones did not show) to pass Mrs Nippers recommendation to allow employees to have a representative present when a complaint is filed against a commissioner . I know Brad Alford and his family who were present as well as Dede Hinote felt vindicated especially after the snide remark Mrs Jones made directed at them at the past meeting.
