Chef Joyce and her famous dish can be found at North Beach Social and Farm & Fire on Wednesdays and The Chicken Shack in Seaside on Thursdays. Orders are taken starting at 5:00 PM and paella is ready around 6:00 PM.
North Beach Social customers can order paella at the counter as usual and receive a ticket for paella. When service starts, customers can grab their plates at the paella stand.
