Hi everyone - first time "message board" user (ever). Take it easy if I make a mistake. Problem: interest rates are climbing, our enthusiasm for a home purchase is declining. Looking into long term (48 months) rental/lease. Sandestin through SRB area. Love Cypress Dunes, Summer Ridge, and others (what's not to love about anything that has the beach air surrounding it). 2-adults,non-smokers,excellent credit, career-oriented,48 month, locked rate, property taken off the MLS, 2000-2500 sq.ft., 2cg appreciated, as well as ameneties and golf carts (if applicable), and of course being closer to the beach is greatly appreciated, to begin July 1 (yes, this July YIKES). If I were you, I'd reconsider buying a home, as opposed to renting... (IF you plan to be here 5 years or more)... Remember, Warren Buffett became one of the richest men in the world by following this simple principle:
