I'm more concerned about the high saturated fat and the lack of real nutritional value in the dogs. Has anyone ever had a hot dog wrapped with bacon? I'll bet that would be delicious.

Really, the biggest danger with hot dogs is that they are a choking hazard. Kids swallow them whole all the time. For some reason this is a common occurrence with tube food. I would love to see a hot dog patty, like a round burger shaped thing made out of wiener meat. It would be something different for a change.
