Condo Plans Clothing-Optional Pool in Hopes of Selling Units A Hillsborough County housing complex is planning to have a clothing-optional pool in an effort to sell units in a slumping market. A spokeswoman for the project's developer said one pool is being set aside for nude swimmers, sunbathers and hot-tub users at the Arbors at Branch Creek. Christine Pirkle, director of sales for project-developer Eden Condominiums, said they came up with the strategy for the 390-unit complex to set it apart from other condos. The rules still must be approved by condo owners, but most of the complex is being rented out. Landscaping is also needed to keep out prying eyes. Well, if you ask the Oracle of Omaha, we've had nude beaches for the past few years, so nude pools aren't that big of a deal.

Good plan, except for the reality of it! It won't be the hot poolboy or the vacationing sorority girls taking advantage of the pool, it will be the old fat guy w/ fur!

Nude beaches are a little more palatable to me, i.e, nudity in Nature seem well,... uh natural...

Nudity on cement with plastic chairs, in full view of condos with picture windows, along with the wafting smell of coconut oil glistening on fat bodies, sounds really "creepy."

My friend Johnny used to tell me about going to a nude beach on the east coast somewhere pretty close to where they lived at the time. He came home with his hiny fried. Had to tell his wife where he'd been all day (not at work)!!!
