O-Ku restaurant coming to Alys Beach

Welcome to our Merchants of Alys Beach collection, O-Ku Alys Beach. Coming this fall to The Della building in our Town Center.

"Alys Beach, Florida, is preparing to welcome a new culinary gem: O-Ku, a restaurant celebrating authentic Asian cuisine with a regional approach. The restaurant is the latest addition to the Indigo Road Hospitality Group’s family, known for its dedication to quality and hospitality.

O-Ku’s menu promises to bring a modern Japanese dining experience to Alys Beach. “From a menu perspective, it’s modern Japanese. There will be sushi, of course, but also a robata, which is a Japanese coal-fired grill that allows us to offer a variety of cooked dishes, including miso-marinated cod, wagyu steak, and chicken yakitori,” Steve Palmer shares, founder, managing partner, and chief vision officer of the nationally recognized Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG). “The menu will be diverse and approachable, offering something for everyone.”

Every existing building was likely at some point a new building that someone was whining about.

This area especially(Eastern side of SoWal) is developing into such an incredible food/art/cultural destination, I’m excited to see it unfold.
