October Rental

I am looking for a 3 night rental sometime in October, preferably on or very close to the beach. 2 adults, 2 kids aged 9 and 6. We usually rent in Seagrove, but i'm open. I do have a question - are the pools usually still pretty warm then? If not I need to find a rental with a heated pool (private or community). Thanks all...

Last year our guests did want the pool heated but it all depends on the weather.

We have a three bedroom 2 bath unit in Blue Mountain Village. There is a community pool, and beach access at Blue Mountain Beach, about a four block walk. October dates are still available.
