Office Space in Rosemary Beach for Trade

I currently own an office space in the Mercado building (above Paradis). It is about 720 sf and has 3 offices, a check-in area, and a copier area. It is built out but not furnished. I would be willing to trade the use of some or all of the space for other services. These might be advertising, professional services, restaurant credit, store credit, etc. This is available immediately. Of note, this is not my office in Rosemary, which is in the Savannah Bldg.
