At thisparticular at time office available 2-3 days a week to sublease or overly day after 1pm as you will see in video you have to walk through first room to get to second room ( no wall/hallway) Both units will have a desk and nice arm chairs etc. Both will be usable for therapy as well. Fee $300/month for one day a week. $400/ month for 2 days a week, $500/month for 3 days a week. You can use the office from 12 am -11pm essentially, meaning access at any time during rented days. $50 Wi-Fi fee will be required as I will have to buy your own dedicated Wi-Fi service. Asking for 6 month commitment.
