I am a single professional who is needing to relocate from my current home in April (as it is being sold). I am looking for either a good sized one or two bedroom condo or home in SoWal. I would prefer to find a unit that is unfurnished and where the owner would accept a 6 month lease. I am a very neat and organized individual, who would like to find a unit that has been kept up well. I do not smoke, nor do I have any pets.

I would like to pay around $1,000/mo.

Did you find a place to live? I have a 3 bd, 2 ba, approx. 1100 sq. ft. for $900 per mo. You need to do 6 mo and 1 day to avoid bed tax! 5 minutes or less to the beach, great access onto Hwy 98, Santa Rosa Beach
