The gist of the article is that government and business leaders got together to build a 150 acre community for employees with affordable housing and basic services with transportation to and from the island to also limit cars.

I like that idea. Our fearless leaders should approach Joe about doing something similar south of the bay. They're the only ones who have enough land to pull it off.

It would likely need to be north of the bay to work. This also wasn't limited to one business, but a group effort. If JOE wanted they could build workforce housing. They key is choosing to do it.
