yes the turkey's will be free range and as always - steroid/hormone free all natural jambone style!

and for this first year of doing this i am going to pre - sell these for just $3 per pound.

i'm going to offer two sizes - 12# and 18#.

i'll have to cut off the pre sell price and guarantees by thursday november 20th.

i may still be able to smoke a turkey for you with later notice than that but this is my "guarantee date"

It is a pre pay - non refundable order
you can choose your size and pick up time
we will brine and season and glaze the turkey while pecan wood smoke roasted to perfection.
We will be offering homemade gravy, mashed potatoes and stuffing as well in the pack sizes listed below

you need to come in and fill out the form and pay for your turkey and fixins.

You will get a copy of your order form as well.
