Please re-think soy milk, or if you do continue to drink it, drink a brand that uses only non-gmo soybeans. While Ezekiel's line of breads are not specifically gluten free, because they are made with sprouted grains and not flour, they are fine for most mildly gluten sensitive folks. If you stay with dairy, please consider organic, which the Horizon brand may or may not be: Horizon Organic Milk is Not so "Organic" After All - Associated Content

I did not know this and just spent $9 on this brand tonight....Makes me mad. I will have to find an alternative, which isn't so easy w/out a whole foods here. Thanks for the info.
