Yet another condo announces an ablsolute auction in Panama City Beach. Origin At Seahaven is holding an auction in December. The auction is being performed by the same group that did the Ocean Reef, Marina Landing and Palazzo auction. I would be leary of this condo. During spring break last year it was literally trashed by students. Over flowing toilets, urine in hallways, mini fridges over the balconies, elevators pried open. There are definitely some hidden nightmares in this building.
Before anyone asks, a friend not only told me, she took me through, and showed me pictures. Apparently the management in place was not up to the task.

...I imagine the person who "wins" the first condo feels like a schmuck when everyone else is offered the same condos at the next lower price.

per foot prices $185 maybe? Historically the longer you wait to go to auction the less you command.
