Owl's Head is a huge Golf Course Community planned in Freeport, FL. The same architects who designed Seaside and Rosemary Beach are creating Owl's Head, and the golf course will be a Arnold Palmer Signature Course.

It's going to be interesting to see how they merge high density new urbanism with the typical sprawliness of a golf course setting. Seems like they're definitely trying to set themselves apart from Windswept Dunes, which is a pretty conventional golf course community.
