The parking lot in Seaside near 30-A almost across from Cafe Spiazza was lined with orange cones this Labor day weekend morning and is now marked "Private Property".
While I respect property rights, it sure is bad timing for the owner of the lot to have coned it off the morning of a busy Labor Day weekend.
As you might imagine, that reduces the parking in Seaside by another 25 cars or so...which is not good for our business, which is located nearby.
