We have now been to Oisha three times since they moved and PCB Thai twice. And both believe that PCB Thai is hands down better than Oisha. Fresher, better quality, and more in-depth flavors. After our last visit to Oisha in April we decided not to go back. Something was not quite right with the food. Not like it had been when they were on Hwy 79. We ran into a waitress that worked at Oisha on 79 and was informed that the cook changed after they moved.
