Peach Creek Lot For Sale

It is on the East side of Peach Creek. There is another development on the West side also. Peach creek snakes through the property line from one dev. to the next. There are a few more in that area planned. Send me an e-mail if interested in the general area. From 395 East, if all goes to plan, there will be some dramatic change very soon.

I am new to this board but have a bunch of information regarding that general area.

Can you expand on the "dramatic changes" coming to the area? Will these changes make the area more/less desirable? My wife and I also have a lot in Cypress Breeze, which we have decided to keep due to its proximity to the beach, do you have an opinion as to the better of the two?
