I actually bought dry aged ribeyes, shoved some chopped garlic in them and brushed grapeseed oil with freshly ground pepper, then coated in pecans chopped in the food processor. In the hot skillet (butter and garlic in skillet) to sear quickly on all sides, then broil for 2-3 min. on ea. side.

Yum, Yum! I suggest a heavy cabernet to complement. And, whatever else you like.

Where do you buy the dry aged ribeyes in ATL? We really miss Harry's and then Eatzi's as our sources of fine food.

Right now our food source is Emory Hospital food. Yum! BTW we aren't in a Rollins suite.

Well, as the Mom of an artist who is dependent upon my funding, I am at Binder's at the former Slimelight next to Disco Kroger about once a week. So that works!

Thanx, Lynnie!

Slimelight -

Incidentally, this Kroger was designed to compete with Whole Foods and Fresh Market. Still have great Kroger prices, delightful service and high end foods. You'll digg it!
