Too late, IMOHO (In My Own Humble Opinion). Look at that huge condo or hotel or whatever it is there by the sign where you turn by the tanks and marina there in Pensacola Beach. We always tried to see who got the worst vertigo having to lean over out the truck window to see the top of it. In other words, there's already high rises on Pensacola Beach, right? Or is that another place?
