CEO of 30A Escapes and Whitefish Escapes Luxury Vacation Rentals is seeking highly professional and organized personal assistant.
Starting Salary - $2,500per month
This is not your typical office job. No sitting at a desk but shadowing CEO throughout he work day to assist keeping the daily meetings on track.
Primary roles:
To shadow CEO every day keeping work/life organized
Communication with high level clientele
Communication with CEO's management team on 30A and Whitefish MT
Phone/Email management
Driving CEO in our company vehicle at times to and from each meeting
Fast paced and the business skills learned in this position presents an opportunity to learn all aspects of high level real estate from the luxury vacay rental market, sales, and real estate development/building.
Arrive at CEO's residence at 9am until the day is over....sometimes days end sooner than later but the maximum expectation is to be flexible up to 6pm (Mon-Fri). Weekend flexibility is a must as well in certain times of the year.
Major opportunity to advance as our businesses produce gross revenue over $50M annually.
***Most important requirement is no personal cell phones allowed during the work day. Anyone who needs to be constantly communicating with personal matters would likely not be the right candidate. Our entire day is to focus on high level business deals. If you have an addiction to your personal cell phone this is not the right fit for you.
This said the position is extremely fun and exciting with many days being spent attending social functions and our company social events.
