Wanted Pet friendly place in 30A area

My husband and I are looking for anything $1200.00 or less in the 30A area. We have two small dogs between 4-6lbs. We are non-smokers, keep a very clean and organized house, and don't need too much space. Also would probably prefer unfurnished.
