This is a very lovely and very empty place.

Hard to say. I saw a store stocked with some sort of merchandise and a sales center, but neither appeared open when I was there at 3pm on a Saturday. As you know, School of Fish closed. I read an advertisement somewhere that it may reopen after Memorial Day.

Amenities and infrastructure are really nice, in typical JOE fashion. So strange to see such a place so empty.

When I was there last year, they had a restaurant open. I did not eat there. I ate at a friend's restaurant in PSJ.

Windmark is nice...right now there are no crowds. A pedestrian friendly community....

That place is very bare these days. Just like many other developments coming late to the game. One day in time, it may be something, but today, it is just in a holding pattern.

Thanks - I saw a couple of stores ready to open last time I was there and wasn't sure if they were still there. I Also was wondering if a restaurant took School Of Fish's spot.
