Please help STOP the beginning of Socialism!

Hey Guys;

There's a huge piece of legislation being discussed, and voted on today, this evening (before the Washington weasels sneak off for summer vacation!). The bill, Waxman-Markey American Clean Energy and Security Act (H.R. 2454), or, as everyone refers to as "Cap and Trade", or "Cap and Tax" will effect EVERYONE, and make EVERYTHING cost more. Bottom line is, IF the whole Global Warming science wasn't completely faulty, and we needed to do this, CHINA and INDIA aren't going to comply, so all this will do is demolish our economy.

been contacting boyd daily. have you all? when it passes and our economy and our personal economic status is effected, there will be noone to blame but those who sat back, played politics and did nothing. when the people speak in enough volumes, politicians jump. its just sad that its all done for political gain and theres no doubt about it. instead of african americans and the poor, now the dems are resorting to politicizing our environment. if you victimize enough you can get the votes.and its funny to see people that actually think the dems care a lick about the environment. exactly why im a recovering lib.

Makes no sense to me, You can emit Co2 if you pay? and yes the, the global warming science is "faulty" to put it mildly, not unlike evolution, it's being rammed down our throats with no evidence and those who disagree are maligned as unscientific nutjobs..... Welcome to change.
