My family is looking to rent a house around $1,400 or less. Prefer a 3 bedroom house as our daughter will be 12 this year and our son will be 9. We are Non smokers, we don't have cats or dogs. We need a place ASAP!

Hello, I do have a condo on 30A in Seagrove Beach but the rental is $1800.00 plus utilities. No pets, 3 bedroom/2 bath. My email is bignunz1@comcast.net. 3/10 to beach. Pool.
