Nope, sorry. I haven't heard of anyone experiencing phone problems around here.
There have been some recent problems between Embarq and some of the independent re-sellers; not sure of this particular entity.

I'm on the west end of 30-A and have had problems all week. Embarq has supposedly resolved it?

Thanks for the replies. Still getting disconnect recording on main phone and fax. Anyone know if this company has gone out of business?
Friend of mine that lives down there was using Sprint for local service and had an interesting problem. His phone kept calling 911 in the middle of the night. He'd get a knock on the door by the Walton County Sheriffs, (his wife assumed they had finally tracked him down) in the early A.M. This happened a couple dozen times, Sprint offered no explanation or help.

I don't know of any landline telephone issues, but our verizon wireless phones (which supposedly uses Alltel's towers) were not working worth a flip last night. Today, all of them are fine. Dunno...
