The grillades at brunch last weekend were very good, but the Egg's Benny were the best I've ever had or even just been close to. It was a thick slice of crusty french bread topped with a piece of lightly smoked, lean, yet still rich piece of canadian bacon--perfectly poached egg on top with a truly sublime hollandaise to finish. The hollandaise was indescribably good so I'm not going to try (maybe a bit- it was a perfect balance of acid to rich). I always enjoy dining there in the evenings but that brunch ...wow. I'm going to try it again soon and see if I was just still drunk when I ate it all.
