AN ORDINANCE OF WALTON COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE WALTON COUNTY CODE TO ADD ARTICLE III, PROVIDING FOR REGULATION OF ROADSIDE FUNDRAISING UNDER COUNTY JURISDICTION, ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND FEES; REQUIRING LIABILITY INSURANCE; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The Meeting will be held at the South Walton Courthouse Annex located at 31 Coastal Centre Blvd., Santa Rosa Beach, FL
