With everything going on in Seagrove with the two hotel projects, it seems like this meeting needs to happen before any major decisions are made.

That depends on which side of the issue you are on and what changes might be made to the the VMU ordinance.

I wonder if the workshop is Thursday February 26, or Monday January 26? The link to the planning commission above shows it on a date that doesn't exist.

There is a new meeting notice out as of 9:43 A.M. that states the workshop will be held Jan. 29, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the South Walton County Annex.
