Yes, that is a bicycle on 30-A.

Yes, there isn't enough room for you to pass them and stay in your lane.

No, you do not need to give them so much room that your car is completely in the other lane.

Yes, it would be nice if you actually checked for oncoming traffic before using the entire oncoming lane to pass said bicycle.

P.S. It's a red octagon w/ the word "stop" on it and there's a line painted on the pavement to help you figure out where to perform said action. How much easier can we make it?

Ha, although I think that true OMB's would have had some cracks in them, thus the price will be lower.

I hear ya'! I've received at least 85 final or 2nd notices to extend my car warranty! What a waste of paper!! All my credit cards are at 0 or up to 3.99%. They want to pay me to use it, I'm all over that right now.
