This corresponds with another thread where some sowalers were contemplating some digestive ease.

I think though you may have to explain more about these raw food panties. Sounds convenient. :lol:

Bridgette, this sounds really interesting! I can't make it, but maybe an encore later will suit me. I didn't realize sesame seeds were a good source of calcium...in fact, I looked at a Harvard nutritional website and there are MANY veggies rich in calcium:cool:
