Destin Real Estate Company is seeking a self-starting, motivated Transaction Coordinator to operate out of its 30A office in Blue Mountain Beach!
This individual will manage document compliance and coordinate all aspects of the closing process on behalf of our agents. In consideration of this, experience working with Florida real estate contracts is highly preferred. This individual may be called upon to assist in answering and directing calls that come in through the office main line from time to time.
The ideal candidate is responsible, values integrity and wants to excel in a professional, business atmosphere. We ask that candidates show proficiency at using Microsoft Office and Google applications; however, various other software applications can be learned. Candidates with an active Florida real estate license are preferred.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but this individual may be called upon on weekends from time to time.
