Outstanding SJ...they are not bad numbers...while the prices are difficult to compare in this format, activity is about where is was for the last half of both '03 and '04...250-300 new and resales...# of lots have held up and it would seem that the final arbiter of prices is activity...Red

Thanks SJ. Do you get these every month? It shows activity is lower in '05 as apposed to '04 but not in a huge way. Unless I'm reading it wrong it does not show the # of houses, condos, or lots on the market. In other words, no inventory numbers. Based on what many have said in other posts, inventory is growing due to the increased number of developments. Does anyone have the comparison of # of units on the market now vs '04 at the same time?

Maybe Cork on the Ocean, Jewel, someone in the RE business can help us with the inventory numbers to try and balance this picture.

That would help if we had the info. Remember, I am bullish on this market and if you doubt that look at some of my previous posts. Looks like activity is ok and not DEAD (but is down) as previously posted. :clap_1: .

The REAL Trend Report is a subscription that is released every month. This is the same report that is published in the Walton Sun. Someone asked if I could post it since the Walton Sun was sometimes slow in posting the info. The inventory numbers from the MLS are easy enough to pull. Your Realtor, should be able to pull the info for you. Don't use and abuse your Realtor. If they are working hard for you now, remember them when you want to buy or list a property.:D
