Realtor recommendations

If you were selling, what realtor would you use? I have a family member who is selling a house south of 30-A. In order to make an objective decision, is there publicly available data that lists by realtor the total amount in residential sales in Walton County and the total number of units sold?

BR, note that there is a difference between Realtors who have the most listings and Realtors who sell the most property. ;-) Lists are available if you are a member of Emerald Coast Assoc. of Realtors.

I wouldn't base it soley on number of homes sold as they may have sold homes that they have not listed so the numbers really don't tell the whole story, interview 3-4 and go with the one you trust, and avoid the ones with the gimmicks.
