These photos were taken just steps away from the "sunset viewing walkover" in Old Florida Beach. The fox was unafraid of people and sat "waiting for them to go away so he could walk along the boardwalk.";-) Later a larger red fox was seen coming out of a den right on the dune -- behind one of the beach houses.

Thanks for posting. Will be interesting to see how often you spot them over the winter. I had a den under my back deck a few years ago. Once the pups were weened "around Arts Quest time" they left and have not come back.

Neat. The term Old Florida Beach? Is that Seagrove? I have freinds who have been seeing a red fox there and although I live in Seagrove, haven't seen it yet. Although I have been seeing a coyote on the Publix road.

I'd like to know which crossover that is. Thanks for sharing.
