FWIW, this was the same crew that worked the UGA/LSU game.

Marc Curles the referee graduated from GA Tech.

I am so glad I didn't watch them live.

Yes, that was hard to watch. I love watching a really good team execute and win because of their talent. But I absolutely hate when the refs seem to take an inordinate role in deciding something. Those were three pretty bad calls, one after another. Very Weak!

Unfortunately I was working when LSU played Florida but from what little I saw, LSU just didn't seem to be able to stop the Florida offense execpt around the end zone. I sure hpoe there weren't too many bad calls in that one too.

The middle play was a bad call. The others could go any direction. Not sure if I buy the theory.

Thanks for the post, but that is just a part of the bs from the zebras. See my posts in the battlezone. Summation. 1. On the 51 yd fg for FL, the play clock had expired prior to the snap yet the bras didn't catch it. 2. Tied game with 1:07 left. No offensive pass interference call on an obvious call. That would have made it challenging for the game winning fg. (see below pic). 3. Finally SEC today verifies that the personal foul in your video had no merit. That set up the TD run to tie the game. SEC comment....so sorry...

Same crew that called two stupid personal fouls for celebration in the LSU/GA game. Nothing will happen with them.....

Time to go Zebra huntin' IMO....

The crew chief is Tech grad.

Those guys should go back to working Friday nights.

I have no doubt that there are high school level officials who never get the chance to work at the next level.

FWIW, Tebow could get flagged for excessive celebration a couple of times a game.
