The Usui system of Reiki is a tradition of healing and evolving in our minds, bodies and spirit. This is a simple, yet powerful means of tapping into that energy for healing. Reiki can be used for stress and pain relief. It goes well with medical or holistic treatments. Anyone can learn to treat themselves, others and pets.
First Degree class will be held:
Friday August 26, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Saturday Aug. 27, 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with a break for lunch
Sunday Aug. 28, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Location: Caring Touch in Santa Rosa Beach
This class will be taught by Janet Hardy, LMT, BCTMB, Reiki Master-Teacher
