Relocating: Family Needs LT Lease/Rental, 3+b/3+b

Professional family relocating from Birmingham (Hoover) and working in Destin/Sandestin/SRB/So. Walton area. Looking for 3-4+ bedroom, 3+ bath house we can call home with some storage, closet space and ample parking in the $1500 to $1800 range. Will consider short or long-term lease/rental furnished or unfurnished, even possible lease/purchase. One middle-school-age child living at home (2 away at school). Would love a residential area with other kids the same age. Neighborhood pool would be great, too. One 8-year-old, friendly, trained dog, Buddy. Would like to move in by July 10 or before. Two-story would be great. Will keep house neat and yard maintained. Need to make a decision in the next couple of weeks.
