Rental for New Year's

Hi all,

For those familiar with my lodging habits in SoWal, you know we are creatures of habit. We stayed in the same house at BMB for 10 years. When we had kids, we moved to High Pointe.

However, the wife and I want to get away for New Year's - - just the two of us.

We like nice accommodations and are willing to pay accordingly.

That said, could someone make a condo recommendation based on the following criteria:

-Gulf front
-heated pool
-king bed in master
-nice big TV (preferably an HD setup..gotta see my bowl games)

How long do you need it for?
I have everything you are looking for in... PCB.We called it
"Romantic Couples Getaway" EmeraldBeach Resort and Spa is 5 star accommodations (9 month old)
By my standards, it's very nice and it's not going to cost you leg & arm.
My calendar is up too date.

Thanks for the reply. And it looks like a really nice place. Unfortunately, we don't do high-rises. Five stories max for me.
