Rental needed 3/18-25

Our dear friends are in need of a rental 3/18-25, preferably in Seagrove area and under $1,000. They have explored Beachwood with no luck(no vacancy).
Also have tried Beachside Villas (I think they are waiting for response from VRBO). They could use 1BR or 2BR (2 adults, 2 school age children).
They are asking me about THE PALMS in Seagrove....and I don't know anything about that, so any input from board would be appreciated....
Also, if any of you know of anything or have anything that fits, please let me know. They would be GREAT renters....he is a HS basketball coach and they are seriously the most adored family I know!! THANKS!!

I can't tell you if there are any vacancies at the Palms, but we've stayed there before and it's very nicely kept complex on the south side of the street. They're not especially big (one bedroom with bunks in the hall) but certainly adequate! Many of the units have been renovated as well. Garrett Realty has several Palms listings.

Capistrano 102 is available. Its in Seacrest beside Monterrey directly on the beach. Its a 2 bdrm, 2bth ground floor unit. Going rate is $1150 for the weeks during spring break, but we can make it available for $950 for week of Mar 18.
