Just a tip on residential elevators. Does the person using the elevator have an electric wheelchair or hoverround type device? If so they have a tendency of messing up residential elevators. Not in a bad way, but the weight of the chair combined with that of an average person will generally cause the elevator car to "pop" up when they get off the elevator. If it is on the top floor the elevator thinks it has gone past the top and the elevator has to be reset. This is not pleasent as elevator service companies will not tell you how to do it or describe it to a maintenance person.
The gorgeous beachfront home just to the west of the "ugly pavillion" at Seaside (you know, the one with the boats) has an elevator. I have been there and know the people who built it, but they have since sold it and bought elsewhere in the area.
my best friend has a house in the village of blue mountain beach. it has an elevator, three floors and is big enough to accomodate 14 ppl. it has 6 or 7 bedrooms and i think if im not mistaken 12 beds all together (counting daybeds the bed that pulls out from under the daybed cant remember the name
,and bunkbeds) but its beautiful and i think it rents for about half of the one the other person on here gave you the link to. plus we also have shuffleboard courts here, a cabana, beach access, 24 hr pool and 24 hr fitness room. pm me back if you are interested and i can give you his contact info! thanks for your time and take care!Ruthann

CHeck out Bahama Mama and Banana Cabana in Carillon- It is offered through www.emeraldwaters.com and will accomodate up to 20 people, has an elevator and a private pool. What dates were you looking for?
