Applicants must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reservation Sales Agent a duties include assisting guests in selecting and reserving vacation homes, answering questions regarding existing reservations, providing concierge services as needed, resolving guest issues through the work order system and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at Rosemary Beach.
