Rosemary Beach is currently accepting applications for full-time Reservation Sales Agents and Guest Services Agents at Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company.
Applicants must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Hospitality experience is helpful, but not necessary. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision as well as company-paid life insurance, 401K, paid time off and company paid holidays.
Reservation Sales Agent and Guests Services Agent duties include assisting guests in selecting and reserving vacation homes, answering questions regarding existing reservations, assisting guests with check in and check out, providing concierge services as needed, resolving guest issues through the work order system and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at Rosemary Beach.
