Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is looking to hire a full-time Reservations & Venue Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all Special Events activities
• Schedule and facilitate property tours for potential brides and photoshoots
• Assist with coordination of events to ensure vendors and clients follow community rules and regulations
• Create and maintain exclusive, elite vendor program to ensure vendors meet the qualification requirements for events in the Rosemary Beach community
• Managing concierge services and schedule accordingly

Key Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelors degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in related field
• 2 years related experience in vacation rental or hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
