Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and potential guests while assisting the guest
in booking their dream vacation
• Answer incoming phone calls and shared company emails
• Handle guest issues and questions, including follow-up until the issue is resolved
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and through our Lead Management System
• Respond to guest reviews on all platforms (VRBO, Website, GTHY, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills:
• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and effectively in ever-changing environments
• Manage and prioritize several tasks • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and “can-do” attitude
• Escapia experience preferred, but not required
• Vacation Rental experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently or as a team
