I am a 33 yr old mature and responsible single male. Looking ASAP for long term rental 6-12 months, but short term 3-4 months for the Summer is acceptable. Employed full-time (non-seasonal) in Seagrove Beach. No pet. Best location for me would be the 30A area east of Seaside. Other locations may work as well. Would definitely consider going in with someone (compatible M or F) and sharing a 2 BR rental.
Wanted Room, 1 BR, or cottage long term rental 30A area as soon as possible!
