3 roommates, looking for a 4th! We have 1 room available (unfurnished). Private room in a 4 bd/2br double wide (bathroom would be shared with 1 other person), back porch with fenced in yard. 10 minute walk to the secluded beach access. 5 minute drive to seaside. About 25 to 30 minute drive to PCB and Destin shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Short term lease negotiable. **Not pet friendly.
Roommates: 2 female, 1 male. All working professionals, in our early to mid-twenties. We do not have a lot of guests often, but when we do we always check with the other roomies first. The rest of the house (living area, dining area, kitchen) is fully furnished with our own personal belongings, and we ask our next roommate to respect these items just as we would respect yours (you break it, you buy it). We always have a good time, and we would want our new roommate to come in as a friend, having mutual respect for one another. Before any moving-in discussion, we would want to meet with any potential roomies in person.
