We have a BEAUTIFUL 4 bedroom house in Santa Rosa Beach close to the bay/30A and are looking to rent out one OR two of our extra bedrooms. We’re young adults and want a quiet, respectful roommate. We will have Bible study and community events every once in awhile at the home.
We aren’t partiers and we are nonsmokers and hope you aren’t either. We also own a golden retriever pup named Finley who’s 8 months old!

Looking for a young adult or 2 to fill this room.

Hello! Our daughter has just accepted an internship in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and desperately needs a place to live. She'll be graduating college 4/24, very respectful and loves animals so your pup would have an extra person to give him love! She's not a partier but loves the outdoors so she may be out and about enjoying the area when not working. The mthly prices sounds very reasonable. She can provide references as she's rented during college for over 2 yrs and has professional references as a "dog nanny." The only problem is she's needing it before the date you've listed.
